Well, as i could have imagined… the UK tour started out with a nice nice bang in Cardiff last night! Was good times indeed with you lovely lot… and i am absolutley in love with the new stage design… but im not in love with the idea that we have to lug that whole setup around for the rest of my natural life! What a friggen effort. seriously. 2 busses, a trailor, and a van rental just to haul crap around… 18 people… plus 3 hours of setting up and 2 hours of packing up again! But hey, it’s all totally worth it i think… the pixeladdicts really did an awesome job sourcing all the LED hardware and content… so.. kudos to them for making the show as cool looking as it is so far!

Other than that, im in good spirits, n good health n all that…. cept poor Chanel! shes managed to come down with a bug, so shes back at home getting herself some much needed zzzzz’s. Bless that woman! (get better luv!)

looks like ill be heading to manchester today to do an instore at HMV on market st. … you know… play a few choons, sign some stuff for you lovely lot, then back to the hotel to make myself not smell… maybe some zz’s… then off to the Warehouse Project with Chris Lake (Cakey) … can’t friggen wait to dig into a massive steak, then proceed to tell him how good it was. :D

i have been djing for well over a decade and the love of house music has never died in me. from my bedroom to the clubs from across the UK/ ROI to the Balearic islands. Including Pacha, Ministry of Sound, End now the Den, Cafe de paris, Punk and many more I have seen most things and done some as i have followed the journey of house music through thick and thin. Marky D's career & experience started back in the early 90's through his love for House Music. He was inspired by DJ'S like Sasha & John Digweed and got his first set of decks when he was 15. He has played in a number of bars over the years, then took a break from the scene due to family commitments but he is now firmly back in the saddle and more committed than ever to his love of music!! He has done a number of guest radio slots and he is currently a resident DJ on Dance Airwaves and his show goes out on Friday's between 11-12pm. He has a natural talent of reading a crowd and can adapt each individual set to the venue he is playing at and the people he is playing too. You never have to pay for setup or teardown time. We typically arrive 90 minutes prior to your scheduled start time and will likely be in place long before your first guest arrives. But it's on our own time! The same applies forteardown time after your event.

You'll be amazed at how flexible we are when it comes to music selection! That's because in the past 1 year we've learned that keeping the dance floor packed is influenced by many factors, including the order and style in which the songs are played, the way songs are mixed together, and DJ interaction.We've had customers that have chosen every song for the entire event and others that have left the music selection completely up to us. Our recommendation is to check off your "must play" selections from our printed song list. This will leave plenty of room for requests from your guests and DJ selections. You may also stipulate that we not take requests from your guests. But have fun and select music you want to hear and dance to. After all, it's your event!

Sometimes the Do Not Play list is as important as the request list itself! We understand that you don't want to hear the song you and your "ex" danced to! Any specific songs or general types of music you absolutely don't want to hear should go on your "do not play" list. So don't feel as though we have to play the chicken dance and hokeypokey...we don't! Be assured that if a guest requests a song that is on your "do not play" list, it will not be played.

While our extensive music library encompasses a wide variety of hits from the 1980s to today, you may have a few requests that are not in our collection. In this case, we would be more than happy to play your CD if you let us know ahead of time. We'll also try to find the songs you want and bring them with us at no extra charge.

A common complaint of bands and DJs is that they play the music too loud. It doesn't have to be that way! The speakers will be positioned for maximum sound coverage on the dance floor and minimum sound exposure throughout the rest of the room. This means that on the dance floor the music will be at a very comfortable level, yet powerful enough for dancing. Throughout the rest of the room the music will be pleasant and allow your guests to carry on a normal conversation.

We actually let you decide how much interaction you would like from us. We can be completely conservative, totally outgoing, or anywhere in between. Just let us know your wishes as you plan for your event. Most parties call for a DJ with eloquent emcee skills and the wisdom to use words sparingly. Even at our most outgoing level, we remain professional.

This is a very understandable request. While not necessary, we would be happy to set up a meeting in a public place at your convenience.The owner of PARTY PEOPLE DJ is also the DJ. You will get the owner. So you never have to worry about getting "the new guy" or the "DJ in training."

We travel anywhere we need to go. We have performed at many events,! Is tipping expected for the DJ?We charge a professional rate for a professional service. This means you won't see a tip jar on our table. If at the end of the evening, you feel the DJ has done a fine job, we would accept that as a compliment.

I am a producer of house and electro and have reached the top 100 before with a track I had out in 2009 on Fatboyslim's Southern Fried Records. My new track is to be released in April 2010 on New State Records.

I was taught Djing in Ramsgate, in a local night club at the age of 19, where i had a mentor, i was taught to mix commercial RnB.

I then moved on to house and trance music. Where I performed at private parties and house parties.

When I moved to Canterbury, I then started to promote a new cocktail bar, where I got it its late licence and I was the main Dj for it promotion nights. I played Commercial house mixes

I am a 23 year old DJ currently living in London.

At the moment I'm doing an internship at one of the UK's most successful drum & bass labels and looking to start playing a few sets again! I have previous experience playing weekly slots at one of South West Wales busiest and most prestigious clubs (Monkey Cafe, Swansea).

Chris Cappuccino's influence comes from many electronic music variations that makes his sets and tunes being sharp,

The second single 'Wet' released on his own label Caffeine Records in December 2009 with good response form around the globe gave the
listeners an idea how his sets sounds like and how His music progresses at all the time plus that his producing skills are preety elastic and intense.
His passion started when He was 14 years old, the very first gigs were at the Secondary School party's going through way from
amateur playing on two cd players without a mixer to todays professional Allen&Heath's Xone 4D, Traktor Dj Pro & MacBook Pro
as a main as a setup and Sound Engineering Course in London finished in 2007.
Chris thinks that Djing today is not only about beat-matching good records as it was till the first professional software came
out and it was taken to the new level of Djing but is about keeping the whole new generation of clubbers and listeners entertain
throughout a played set from the very beginning to the very end. That's why his choice was to become a laptop Dj as it gives the

A DJ for over 22 years 101 has risen from the late Acid house days through the rave era and his 1991 summer of love (Empires @ Central Park)(Sterns Worthing)(Treasure Island) to the present day with a heavilly mixed style of performing. Never one to just play the big tunes in order to rock a floor but prefering to play on his skills using 3 decks and a cross genre of styles to create a journey through house.

ABC Promotions was set up in 1999 and is a Prince's Trust start up business. Formed out of the frustration of not being able to enter with local DJ communities and perform it turned out as a successful avenue to organising and hosting large dance events on the south coast of England. Backed by already big names in the business ABC became a trusted brand amongst those who liked thier nghts to be full of cool, unique and professional vibes.

Still in operation ABC continues to host events across the UK including the" Funkd Delux" nights a very successful hit of pure silky funk which has hit a number of big clubs in London and the South East.

"XpansionS" First held @ The Warehouse Plymouth (The Urban Cookie Collective)(OZ) offers a bigger chunkier sound continued @ The BLUE rooms, Blackpool and took off after a very successful residency from early 2000. Moving to The Pinnacle Redditch where it continued for another 3 years bringing top class Funky House to very cool crowd of music lovers.

hi , briefly im a 35 yr old male  dj from dorset, i have 20yrs (honestly) expereince, working a variety scenes, commercially i have worked in gran canaria, fuerteventura,corfu,marbella,torremolinos,rhodes,faliraki, dublin, copenhagen, bristol, london, bournemouth, newquay plus many other places. i have also done alot of house scene events, both as a dj and small time promoter, for 4 years i have held down a residency @ harrys in yeovil somerset, 220 capacity and very busy, i can of course supply you with the managements details who can provide excellent references for me,
                     i would describe my style as the classier side of current chart, party, dance, rnb and hip hop, all my music is sent direct to me from the likes of ministry, data records and hard to beat, they are all licensed promo's. Un like downloaders, my music is great quality. I like and have no prob using the mic to get the crowd involved.

                    I also work closely with some musicians to give my sets a "live" feel, these include a Bongo/Congo drummer, laptop based producers and a flamenco guitarist.
