From a young age DJ Total has always had a huge passion for music and was influenced by listing to Hip Hop, Jungle, and later Drum and Bass.

Since positioning himself behind the decks DJ Total has been a prominent up and coming star of the Drum & Bass scene in Mid Wales over the last few years, and has been invited to perform alongside the likes of Drumsound, DJ Dangerous, J. Cutter, Aphrodite, Johne Bravo, Encee, Fat Stu, Mekar MC, plus many more, aswel as winning the Strange But True DJ Competition in the summer of 2009.

He now holds monthly residencies at both the ‘Exomentz’ nights and on rotation at 'Rumble inda Jungle' nights, aswel as playing out regularly at various club nights, house parties, birthday bashes and raves.

Now part of the Urban Front Agency he has his eyes set on big things in 2010 and is happy to play anywhere in the world.

By mixing fast Jump Up Drum & Bass, structuring his sets with a good amount of mainstream material such as most Playaz, Ram, Technique and Audio Porn releases, plus throwing in some Dubstep at times, DJ Total succeeds in making his sets truly eclectic.
